  • *Accompanying persons are eligible only for immediate family members and do not apply to colleagues or associates.
  • *Accompanying persons are not permitted to enter the session rooms and will not be provided with lunch.

Online Credit Card Payment

  • -By selecting "Online Credit Card," you can pay online with an e-commerce system.
  • -Internet Explorer is suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the online system.

Bank Wire Transfer

  • -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below.
  • -The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
  • -Appropriate payment should be completed within the registration period.
  • -All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (Kscrs_info@mpz.co.kr).
  • -Your Payment Status will be changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Complete’ within two weeks upon clearance of your payment.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt) & Invitation Letter

  • 1)An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My Page’ by logging onto the online registration system. You will be able to print an official receipt on ‘My page-Registration’ once your payment is completed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 1.Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail(Kscrs_info@mpz.co.kr)
  • 2.Refunds will be processed according to the following methods based on your payment type:
    • ·For online credit card payments: Refunds will be issued by canceling the card payment.
    • ·For bank transfers: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the end of congress.
    • Please provide your bank account details to the secretariat by email.
    • Participants will receive cash refunds on-site at the venue.
  • 3.All bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • 4.All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
  • 5.Please refer to the following cutoff dates for cancellation.

결제방법

✔ 결제 완료 후 ‘My Page-Registration’에서 등록 상태 확인 및 영수증 다운로드가 가능합니다.

신용카드 결제

  • -등록신청 내용 작성 및 제출 후, 온라인으로 카드결제 진행해 주세요.
  • -사무국에서 정회원 유무 및 등록구분 검토하여, 납부한 등록비가 상이할 경우, 카드결제 취소 후 재결제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
  • ** 반드시 사전등록 신청하기 전에, “정회원 유무 및 2025년도 연회비 납부여부”를 확인해주세요.

은행송금

  • -아래 계좌로 등록비를 이체하실 경우에는 “성함 + 휴대전화번호 뒤 네 자리”를 입금자명에 기입한 뒤 이체를 진행해주세요. (Ex. 홍길동1234)
  • -송금 수수료 발생 시, 등록자 부담입니다.
  • -2~3일 이내로 송금 확인 및 등록 상태가 업데이트 될 예정입니다. (Pending > Complete)
